Pinpoint Profiles provides the support services necessary to introduce and implement its assessment products and services into its clients’ organizations. These services include:
- Initial evaluation of each organization to determine the most appropriate product and solution fit based on that organization’s team and business structure;
- Recommendation of an initial team member assessment experience in order to evaluate product and solution strategy;
- Follow-Up Individual De-Briefing (Phase 1) to present assessment results, provide analysis and discuss product and solution implementation strategy;
- Follow-Up Group De-Briefing (Phase 2) to present group assessment results, determine an action plan and schedule any required training to support assessment tools, assessment report evaluation, and cross-departmental assessment implementation;
- Long Term Client Care to insure complete satisfaction with initial products and services and to recommend and support additional products and services as required.
